D&B IN THE PHILIPPINES

Dun & Bradstreet Philippines has been in the market for over a decade and has made its mark in the Philippine business environment.

D&B Philippines traces its roots back to a corporation under the name of Receivables Integration Systems, Inc. which was registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 1998. This company was primarily engaged in receivables management and collection. Thereafter, in 2000, the company’s name was changed to Philbizinfo, Inc. following a majority vote of the Board of Directors (BOD) and stockholders.

Four years later, in 2004, Philbizinfo, Inc. officially became known as Dun & Bradstreet Philippines Inc. upon the amendment of its Articles of Incorporation following a majority vote of the BOD and stockholders. Since then, D&B has faithfully served the Philippine market in all its business information needs, counting many of the Philippines’ top corporations – as well as several well-known small and medium enterprises (SMEs) – as its clients.
